FORMAT

Open

We will use last years format, which is also the one described by EUF for 12 Open Teams on 2,5 days.

2 pools of 6, then 1,2 of pools play semis and finals for 1-4 places, 2,3 of pools play semis and finals for 5-8 places, 5,6 of pools play semis and finals for 9-12 places. At the very and, 5th plays vs 4th a backdoor game for the EUCF spot.
Hence, seeding and initial performance in pools have high importance. (Resulting in serious Sectionals and hard-fought games for the entire EUCR.)

We will have two pools, by the seedings:
A: 1,3,6,8,9,12
B: 2,4,5,7,10,11

Seedings have been done by last years EUCR results. (Meaning that if the 3rd of last years EUCQ-x-2011 finished 5th in EUCR-2012, than the 3rd of EUCQ-x-2012 will get the 5th seed in EUCR-2012.)
The team coming from the East-Section, as it has no previous result, it will be seeded either 11th or 12th, it will be decided by a draw. The 11th seed team will be in the other pool.

Women

We will use last years format, which is also the one described by EUF for 8 Women Teams on 2 days.
