The waiting list will be as following:

Open:

Italy (host), France, Ireland, Spain, Switzerland

Women:

Free bids will be handled all together, that is if there are for example 2 free bids in the Open division, they will be offered first 1 bid to Italy and 1 to France. If one of them cannot accept, it will be offered to Ireland, then Spain, and so on... finally it will be asked if a nation can fill 2 bids.
