We’ve worked hard to find great, affordable accommodation options as close to the fields at Bordeaux Lac as possible. We’ve negotiated special XEUCF rates just for you wherever possible, simply get in touch with your choice of accommodation directly and book for your team by email using the XEUCF Accommodation Registration form below.

NOTE: The most convenient--and cheapest!--is the Bordeaux Camping just around the corner from the fields. You can rent cottages or bring your tents, and you’ll be within a 5-10min walk from the site. Book early as there are limited number of cottages and campsites available

MEAL OPTIONS

The area around the fields is isolated and not at all convenient to popping into downtown Bordeaux to grab a meal. So we are bringing the food to you! Breakfast, team lunch boxes and hearty dinners will be available on the XEUCF site however you will need to pre-order your team’s meals so we can make sure to have the right amount of food to feed all you hungry ultimate players. (The pre-ordering will occur using the Team Registration Form you will receive by email once your participation is confirmed.)

--BREAKFAST: continental breakfast will be served under the tents at the fields (respecting each division’s start time) including coffee or tea, bread, jam and spreads, a french pastry, fruit juice and cereal.

--LUNCH: we are preparing team lunch boxes for all your mid-day food needs. Each team will pick up their lunch box in the morning (either at the main Bordeaux Lac site or at Daugere, the satellite field site) and it will include lunch and snacks for the day. In each box: sandwich ingredients (bread, sliced meat, cheese, vegetables and condiments), hearty salad, chips, fruit, granola bars, dried fruit, chocolate and candy. The amount of food will be generous, no one will go hungry!

--DINNER: Dinner will be served at the Bordeaux Lac site between 7pm and 9pm. It will include a hearty main plate (paella, jambalaya and curry)--500g serving per person--as well as a dessert. You’ll be served quickly (5 stations at once) and can enjoy your meal in a cozy and friendly atmosphere at tables under the tent.

Important: The playing field at Bordeaux Lac is relatively isolated (either by foot or by public transit) from any stores, malls or restaurants. We will not be offering any other meals at the buvette (morning, noon or evening) except for what’s proposed above. We need you to pre-order the meals you’ll require (using your Team Registration Form) so we can be sure we have enough food for all the hungry ultimate players!

Please let us know when you register if there are players on your team with special dietary needs (vegetarian, gluten free, no pork, etc.) and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.

**Eco-friendly tournament: we are trying to be as eco-friendly as possible, so we ask each player brings their own plate & cutlery as well as their water bottle. (No bottled water will be distributed to the teams.)**
