Deadlines
Deadline for Registration on ffindr is May 11th. Afterwards it will be up to the tournament organizers to allow participation.
Also Teams from the Central Session must register within this date, even though their qualification tournament will be later. If a register team doesn't qualify, its registration will be cancelled without extra costs.
If a section already knows that it won't be able to fill all its bids, please inform us immediately.
Deadline for payment for teams from Austria, Ukraine and Belarus is May 16th.
Deadline for teams from the Central Session is May 30th.
Fees
Teamfee Open (2,5 days): 160 €
Teamfee Women (2 days): 140 €
Player's Fee Open: 17 €
Player's Fee Women: 15 €
Breakfast on saturday and sunday is included in the fee.
We will not provide a central dinner on Friday and Saturday evening. 500m away from the venue there is the Shopping City Süd, a large shopping mall with restaurants for every taste and pocket.
In order to fix your bid you must transfer the Teamfee and the Player's Fee for at least 10 Players to the account below within May 16th (from the Central Session is May 30th).
Please indicate your Teamname and "EUCR-E 2014" in the transfer information.
