Fees
Team fee 1000 euro
Player’s fee only 75 euro.
Guest's fee 60 euro.

To limit your bank fees all individual player related payments are bulked for the entire team. The Ultimate Central registration platform will help you coordinate and keep track of all players and services
Team registration: Team coordinators can register the team. Please name your team [country division] e.g. Germany Open, Finland Mixed etc. Please add your flag as team picture. Schedule is generated via this platform using team name and team picture - please stick to the standard to maintain a unified look for the tournament.
Player registration: Each player must register. Payment of players fee should be made together for the entire team. No individual transfers! All players must sign the WFDF waiver and bring it to Copenhagen. No waiver no play.
Food and events will be ordered via a survey sent to the team coordinator. Player's fee is 75 euro.
Guest registration: Guests are defined as non-playing but accompanying a team either as officials, coaches, physios etc or relatives. Benefits are the same as for players (except for playing) ie. access to all facilities at the venue, shuttle buses, accommodation at reserved rate, food options at reserved rate and social events including party. Guests should either be registered at Ultimate Central (deadline June 20th) or via the survey sent to team coordinators (deadline June 20th). Anyone signed up on both platforms will be charged twice. The easiest way for you will be to add the guests in the survey. When registering as a guest on Ultimate Central please use EUC15GUEST as discount code in order to be charged the reduced fee. Guest fee is 60 euro. Player's fee 75 euro. Guests only attending for a day or two are free of charge and without registration. Looking forward to seeing you rock the sideline!

Food and meal plans
Lunch from Tuesday to Sunday 36 €.
Dinner Monday 8 €.
Dinner Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday 24 €.
Please bring you own plate and cutlery.
Food should be preordered via survey sent to team coordinators. Preordered team food will be organized in boxes for each team to bring you minimum queue when picking up the food and maximum team spirit when enjoying the meal. The meal-plan at EUC will be absolutely delicious! Every meal will be a real hearty serving for your team - healthy and nutritious.
The menu ranges from lasagna with bulgur salad to braised veal with oven roasted potatoes and salad! In the dinner a small dessert is also included. We have great experiences working with the catering company Bing & Nørgaard and they are looking forward to serving all participants.
