2015 EUC
Three types of accommodation with especially negotiated rates for the EUC2015 will be provided:

The EUC organization does not receive any money from Danhostel nor Scandic. The deals are made solely to offer great accommodation at a fair price.
Main accommodation: Danhostel Copenhagen City
The Danhostel Copenhagen City is Europe’s largest design-hostel and has 5 stars. Rooms for 4, 6, 8 and 10 people. Most rooms are 4 or 6 guests and each have private, newly renovated bathrooms. Breakfast and WiFi is included in the price as is a shuttle bus service to the venue. The entire hostel of 1020 beds was pre-booked for the EUC2015 but not enough ultimate players booked to fill the entire house. 650 athletes will be enjoying the comfort of the Danhostel and the remaining rooms will be available to the public.
By not renting the entire hostel the new and lower special EUC rates are:
4 person room with 4 persons for 6 nights: 38 EUR/night/person. 230 EUR/6nights/person. Total for the entire room: 6860 DKR = 920 euro (old price 1021 EUR)
6 person room with 6 persons for 6 nights: 37 EUR/night/person. 224 EUR/6nights/person. Total for the entire room: 10050 DKR = 1347 EUR (old price 1530 EUR)
8 person room with 8 persons for 6 nights: 37 EUR/night/person. 220 EUR/6nights/person. Total for the entire room: 13126 DKR = 1759 EUR (old price 1950 EUR)
10 person room with 10 persons for 6 nights: 36 EUR/night/person. 218 EUR/6nights/person. Total for the entire room: 16250 DKR = 2177 EUR (old price 2430 EUR)
The new and lower rates applies to all teams that booked via the EUC booking form before May 15th. Prices will be adjusted when you make your final payment to Danhostel.

Bedlinen, 2 towels, wifi and breakfast included for EUC guests. EUC breakfast slots will be 6.00-7.30 and 8.00-9.00. It is regular Danhostel protocol to enjoy your breakfast in 30 minutes or less. Please respect the capacity of the restaurant and have your food in the designated time slots. Another hungry player needs your chair after 30 minutes. Time slots will be announced at Danhostel. Bookings at Danhostel after May 15th. Possible untill sold out.
New bookings after May 15th are possible for individuals on same terms as the public. You can stay longer or shorter than the EUC offer and opt in/out of breakfast. Book like everyone else at
the Danhostel website.

The Scandinavian chain of Scandic Hotels are offering 240 beds at two centrally located 4-star hotels both within walking distance of the Copenhagen Central Station. This is the top end option offering extra quality. At Scandic you have the option of an extra bed for a child younger than 12 years of age at no extra cost. Breakfast and Wi-Fi is included. Bookings and payments are made directly to the Scandic Hotels.

Camping accommodation
Camping facilities at a 7 on 7 soccer field and the clubhouse of the soccer club.
See pictures. Clubhouse will be locked at night.
Low budget and with limited space (300 players + 150 Danish/international staff). Standard tournament breakfast and do-it-yourself lunch included. Located within walking distance from the fields and within walking distance of public transportation and cheap supermarked. See directions page for a map. Please bear in mind that camping is the low budget accommodation option. Service level will be acceptable but not high. Toilets will be available at camping but in limited numbers. More facilities including showers at the venue (fields).
Do-it-yourself/cheap BBQ might be available at camping. Only 1 kitchen in the club house which is reserved for staff to prepare breakfast etc. No caravans or cars allowed at the premise.
Price per camper is only 75 euro for the entire week. Payment will be due as a bulk payment for the entire team in one transfer. All transfer costs must be paid by campers. Camping is free of charge for volunteers.

Update May 15th: 50 spots left at camping. First two rounds of booking were only open to low and middle income countries.
