Saturday 25th of July & Sunday 26th of July: Practice sessions for the early birds
9.00-16.00 Pre-EUC practice fields in Copenhagen available. Book via this spreadsheet. Location is not the EUC venue as the grass should be preserved for the actual competition.
Public park 'Fælledparken' is also an option. Free if you turn up and the fields are unused. Cannot be booked in advance by ultimate players but soccer can make reservations and might ask you to move if they have a booking already. You should always be able to find a free field somewhere in the park. Grass quality is okay and Fælledparken is the usual field for several Copenhagen clubs. Monday 27th of July: Day of arrival
10.00: Campsite opens. Acces earlier only if arranged beforehand with camping officials.
14.00: Venue opens
14.00: Check in at Danhostel opens
14.00: First bus from Danhostel to venue
14.00-20.00: Check in and accreditation is open at the venue. All teams must check in! Pick up your team package and hand in the WFDF waiver.
16.00: Opening Ceremony incl. official speech by the mayor of Culture and Leisure in Copenhagen
17.00: Opening game: Denmark vs Sweden (open division)
17.30-20: Dinner at the fields (must be prebooked together with player registration)
19.00-20: VIP reception for sponsors and selected guests
19.00: Captains and spirit captains meeting (mandatory!) Location: Club house next to field 2 and the stadium. See info to captains and info for spirit captains.
20.00: On-site registration desk closes.
21.00: Last bus from venue to Danhostel
7.00 First bus from Danhostel to venue
9.00-18.30: Games. All teams have their first game in pool play.
11.00-15.00: Lunch - pick up your preordered lunchbox
18.30: Guided city walk (must be prebooked together with player registration)
20.00: Last bus from venue to Danhostel
20.00: EUF general assembly. Location within 5 minutes walk from Danhostel

11.00: 10 Million Discs workshop: Ultimate at the Governmental Level. Location: Clubhouse next to field 2
